Steve Endacott is giving the key note speach and we support his view that the travel trade needs to use Connectivity to reshape the industry. Using links to suppliers, enables reservations to be made in real time - both via call centres and websites such direct sell, affilates as well as agents. No allocation committments are required and all transport,accommodation and resort services can be booked. Keeping costs under tight control, whilst at the same time being able to get to market via all means and methods is what being a tour operator is all about. It also gives the customer base the reassurance that their holidays are covered financially. MARS booking systems give the flexibility and power to get to market!
