MACH associates

Mach Associates provide integrated connections to a number of suppliers such Gulliver’s Travel Associates (GTA) and HotelConnect in addition to the external reservations systems links.

Connections to suppliers (usually XML connections) provide instant access to contacted rates and availability from both your (on-line) Website and Call Centre. They integrated into MARS so there is only one booking screen for users. These connections avoid the need for allocations and contracts to be set in the system. Products and related information is set up with MARS automatically, users simple choose the product information to be displayed, so it reduces work load dramatically!

Even if users do not use supplier links for booking all their products and services it has proven to be a very useful method of expanding their business offering without increasing costs or administration overheads.

We can provide links to any supplier that offers XML (or similar) connections all the MARS users needs is a commercial agreement! Costs for existing links are fixed but a new link can vary in price dependant on the technical specification.
