Mach Associates have long been leaders in Tour Operator reservations software. The company is adding to the flexible dynamic packaging system it offers by providing one of the first implementations of internet based technology that is revolutionary in the way it provides support for travel industry software!

With the latest release of its MARS booking system “Mach Associates” are sending customers ‘WEBCASTS’ and ‘BLOGS’ to show new features of the software and to discuss them with clients.

Richard Bristow – Sales Director – said “In the past new releases of software have often been hit and miss affairs. The information contained in them was difficult to communicate to system users. Using the latest WEBCASTS we can now show customers what new releases contain and how to get the maximum value from them. This has many practical benefits for MARS users; as well as saving considerable amounts of time (and money), they can broadcast the information as part of normal team meetings and replay the it as often as needed – on a one to one basis.

Our already comprehensive support website for MARS will also use ‘BLOGS’ so that we can highlight new software features and discuss them with user community. The aim is to use new technology to provide practical day to day support benefits for our customers that gives them more time to earn revenue rather than administering the reservations system.
